Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products (e.g., credit cards, loans, accounts)
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC (12th pass) with minimum 6 months of telesales experience (on paper)
• Graduates (any stream) can apply even without experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
