- Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.).
- Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years in designing floor plans, elevations, and
conceptualising designs.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD and design software; bonus points for 3D modelling
skills (Revit, 3D Max, etc.).
- Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written skills in English and/or Kannada.
- Design Tools: Familiarity with Sketchup and Photoshop is a plus
