Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of wellness programs and preventive health initiatives across client organizations.
Manage and grow the wellness business vertical by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
Organize and coordinate on-ground health camps, check-up drives, and wellness events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and wellness service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Collaborate with corporate clients as per workforce needs.
Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Health Sciences, Public Health, or Healthcare Management).
Minimum [insert years] of relevant experience in managing wellness programs or preventive health business.
Proven network and relationship management with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers.
Strong business acumen and experience in scaling wellness services or managing P&L is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
