Distributed queues, browser performance budgets, and Kubernetes manifests all fit naturally into your mental model. You thrive on crafting resilient user experiences that stay snappy even when the backend is streaming millions of records, and you relish untangling complex statemanagement problems across the network boundary. Whether shaving milliseconds off a component render or designing an idempotent event handler, you obsess over efficiency, reliability, and elegant abstraction.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 5-8+ years building production web applications end to end.
• Expert with TypeScript & React (Next.js preferred)hooks, statemanagement, testing.
• Proficient in at least one backend language (Go, Node, Rust, or Python) and comfortable designing REST / GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with microservice or eventdriven backends (Kafka/Pulsar/NATS) and relational databases at scale (Postgres/Citus a plus).
• Solid grasp of Docker & Kubernetes; can helmchart your own service and debug it in prod.
• Familiar with auth flows (OAuth2, JWT) and frontend security best practices (CSP, XSS, CSRF).
• Proven history of performance tuningboth browserside (Lighthouse, Web Vitals) and serverside (profilers, tracing).

• Bonus:

  exposure to dataplatform or MLops tooling, WebSocket realtime UIs, or workflow engines (Temporal/Argo).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship endtoend featuresdatabase schema, API, and polished UIon a rapidly evolving product roadmap.
• Design reusable component libraries and API contracts that make complex dataflows intuitive for users.
• Optimise frontend performance and accessibility while ensuring backend services scale and recover gracefully.
• Instrument code with OpenTelemetry and chase down latency or error spikes across the stack.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend specialists to turn loose ideas into production features.
• Uphold code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Mentor junior engineers; share knowledge on best practices for fullstack architecture and DevOps.
