Senior Backend Engineer Full?time Hyderabad Immediate Joiners Who You Are You are a systems?oriented backend developer with deep expertise in designing distributed services and resource?management systems. You understand operating?system fundamentals and have experience building robust queuing architectures. You're passionate about creating scalable systems that remain reliable under heavy load and love solving hard problems around service communication, efficiency, and infrastructure abstraction. Technical Skills & Experience: ? 5-8+ years writing production back?end services (Go, Rust, or Python preferred). ? Proven track record with microservice or event?driven architectures (Kafka/Pulsar/NATS). ? Expert knowledge of relational databases at scalepartitioning, replication, performance tuning (Postgres/Citus a plus). ? Hands?on experience with workflow or job?orchestration engines (Temporal, Argo, Airflow, etc.). ? Solid grounding in OAuth2, JWT, encryption in transit, and other security best practices. ? Comfortable operating in Kubernetes, building CI/CD pipelines, and shipping observable code (Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana). ? Bonus: familiarity with data?processing or ML?ops domains. Key Responsibilities: ? Design and build core backend services and public APIs that handle millions of events per day. ? Define domain events and maintain backward?compatible contracts on the message bus. ? Own database schema design, migrations, and performance optimization. ? Embed reliability through circuit breakers, retries, autoscaling, and graceful degradation. ? Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infra teams to translate requirements into robust services. ? Mentor teammates, lead code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.
