We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Doctor (Intensivist) to join our multidisciplinary ICU team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of critically ill patients requiring intensive care, including those with life-threatening conditions in need of advanced support and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including those on mechanical ventilation, dialysis, or other advanced life support systems. Lead multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals. Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures (e.g., intubation, central line placement, arterial line insertion, chest tube placement). Respond to emergencies such as cardiac arrests, trauma cases, and sepsis within the ICU and in other hospital areas as needed. Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the ICU team. Supervise and train residents, fellows, and junior medical staff as required. Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives, audits, and infection control practices. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all medical interventions and communications.
