Urgent Requirement For Accounts & Audit - CA Inter

About the Role

• Verify supplier invoices, LPOs, contracts, and project-related expenses.
• Ensure timely booking of invoices and accurate VAT treatment (UAE VAT compliance).
• Process vendor payments, maintain ageing reports, and monitor advances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and coordinate with the procurement & project teams.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Raise customer invoices for property sales, rentals, and service charges.
• Maintain AR ageing.
• Coordinate with sales teams for collection details.
• Reconcile customer ledgers on a monthly basis.

3. Finalisation & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform GL scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Support audit requirements (internal & external).
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management requirments.

4. Internal Audit & Controls

• Conduct internal audits for AP, AR, petty cash, project expenses, and revenue.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and UAE accounting standards.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead a team of accountants (AP, AR, GL, Audit).
• Review team output, train junior staff, and set monthly KPIs.
• Coordinate across departments.
• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth month-end closing.

Required Qualifications

• CA Inter / IPCC (mandatory)
• 37 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS basics, and real-estate revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Tally, Miscrosoft Dynamics or similar)
