• Manage and maintain the CRM system (Zoho) effectively.
• Handle end-to-end processes including 

  Leads, Opportunities, and Expenses

• Track, monitor, and update all queries in CRM from initiation till closure.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and support management decisions.
• Identify gaps in CRM processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in Zoho.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
