Financial Services Expertise
: Deep understanding of Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, and Regulatory Compliance.
Payment Systems Knowledge:
Enterprise Payment Platforms (EPP),ACH (Automated Clearing House), SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 standards
PayPal integrations
VolPay framework
Fraud Detection Systems:
Payment APIs & Middleware (MuleSoft)
Transaction Lifecycle Understanding:

Payment initiation, authorization, clearing, and settlement
Exception handling and reconciliation processes

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness:

PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, GDPR

Secondary Skills

This position requires a minimum of 7+ years of software quality assurance analysis experience, including an understanding of the software development life cycle, Automation Testing, API/ middleware testing, databases (SQL), system design and analysis, and project management
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
Must be able to define, develop, and implement different test automation frameworks for Web applications (using Playwright and TypeScript), Windows(desktop) applications, and API automation by incorporating the BDD approach
Experience with cloud systems such as Azure and/or AWS.
Expert experience with Microsoft Test Professional/Azure DevOps, JIRA or any other test and defect management tool
Proven experience with Version control systems such as Git etc.
Advanced experience with developing code using software languages such as TypeScript / JavaScript / C# / Java.
Expert knowledge to different DB concepts in relational database systems (SQL/Oracle) and ability to create complex queries using multiple tables.

Must be able to create test plans (manual and automation) and automate test scripts that cover positive, negative and edge case testing as feasible. Maintain QA documentation, test matrices and generate reports for management.
