Job Description

What We Are Looking For: A high-energy and result-oriented professional to manage the Agency business within the designated geography. The role involves leading a team of front-line sales executives and achieving performance objectives related to sales growth, agent recruitment, business quality, and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 810 Field Sales Executives focused on life insurance sales. Implement structured digital sales management processes to track productivity and progress. Develop and execute a local sales strategy to build the agent network and drive premium growth. Monitor team and individual sales metrics and provide performance coaching and direction. Ensure achievement of sales targets , agent activation, and branch-level revenue goals. Maintain and improve business quality metrics such as persistency and policy renewals. Conduct regular reviews and sales huddles to keep team aligned and motivated. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 years of total sales experience , with at least 2 years in managing a sales team . Proven track record in agency distribution , preferably in the life insurance or BFSI sector. Strong planning, execution, and team leadership skills . Ability to drive sales initiatives using data and digital tools . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills . Preferred Skills:
