Greetings!

We're hiring for the below position -

Role : Team Lead

Location : Jangaon, Telangana

Exp : 5+ years

6 days working, General shift

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have experience in Team handling.
Candidate would lead a team of 2-3 L1 engineers
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
