Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the release and deployment lifecycle of mission-critical global applications. The role involves supporting production systems, improving continuous integration and deployment processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and administering source control and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage release cycles and deployment processes across environments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide break-fix support
Improve CI/CD processes to streamline deployments
Ensure high availability and performance of 24/7 global applications and services
Collaborate with software engineering, QA, infrastructure, and support teams to meet environment needs
Work closely with enterprise architecture and engineering leadership to optimize system architecture
Administer source control systems and manage branching/merging strategies
Maintain and enhance build automation tools
Optimize and manage build/deployment pipelines
Document development and release processes using Atlassian tools
