Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, from concept design to construction documents.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders internally & externally to ensure designs meet functional, budgetary and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the work of architectural staff and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control.
Manage project budgets and timelines for architectural deliverables. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with specific property types (Commercial IT Building & Campus, etc.). will be preferable.
