• Lead and optimize business systems and processes within the Payments Domain, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise.
• Design, analyze, and enhance payment solutions that meet regulatory, security, and business requirements while ensuring seamless integration with technology teams.
• What Part Will You Play? - Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and payment network partners.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and specifications.
• Oversee compliance and security requirements, ensuring payment solutions adhere to industry standards.
• Drive the documentation, analytics, and continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
• Provide expertise in payment networks, APIs, and microservices, guiding design and implementation.
• Present findings, solutions, and recommendations to varied audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Supervision -
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts and team members.
