Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising or marketing communications and be adept at handling client servicing, campaign execution, and business development. This role reports directly to the Branch Head and requires cross-functional coordination with internal teams to deliver impactful communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate marketing and advertising projects/campaigns from inception to final execution
Act as the main liaison between assigned clients and internal teams including creative, technology, and digital
Develop and present integrated marketing plans based on client briefs
Conduct regular client meetings, gather briefs, present concepts, and provide updates and reports
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services to existing clients to increase revenue
Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards across all campaigns and client communications
Monitor project performance and ensure client satisfaction
