Job Description

Role & responsibilities

ONLY MALE CANDIDATE

Processing and Monitoring Payments:

Verifying, posting, and recording receipts to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
Monitoring customer accounts and incoming payments.
Tracking payments and identifying any discrepancies or issues.

Invoicing and Billing:

Generating invoices and account statements.
Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent on time.

Account Reconciliation:

Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Resolving any discrepancies or variances in customer accounts.

Customer Communication:

Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices or payments.
Handling customer complaints or issues related to accounts receivable.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
Preparing reports related to accounts receivable activity.

Collection Efforts:

Initiating collection actions for overdue accounts.
Working with customers to resolve payment issues.

Other Duties:

Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Working with other departments to resolve billing issues.
