Roles and Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Handle branch operations, including home loans and mortgage loans processing.
Develop strategies to increase business growth through effective marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of home loan and mortgage loan products, with ability to handle complex cases.
Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and client interactions.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
