Job Description

Position:

Service Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage all service-related activities for rental construction equipment to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for the rental fleet as per company guidelines.
Coordinate breakdown services and ensure quick turnaround to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise service engineers and technicians deployed at customer sites.
Monitor equipment performance and resolve recurring technical issues.
Handle warranty claims and maintain complete service documentation.
Prepare and maintain service MIS reports, track equipment history, and recommend refurbishment when required.
Collaborate with the Rental Sales team to ensure seamless customer support and operations.
Conduct training for operators and site personnel on equipment handling and basic maintenance.
Drive initiatives to improve service revenue through AMC, refurbishment, and spare parts sales.
Ensure adherence to all safety standards and compliance protocols during field operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA
Experience:
7 - 15 years in Equipment Rental / Construction Equipment Sales
CTC Range:
8 - 15 LPA
