• Develop and implement inspection plans aligned with the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs, codes, and safety standards.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet specified quality requirements.
• Monitor monthly WTG storage and preservation practices.

2. Construction Supervision & Monitoring

• Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to design drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor safety compliance and Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions through PQHC and PROMIS systems.

3. Inspection & Testing

• Coordinate with customer teams for material and structural testing.
• Manage RFIs and ensure timely presence for inspections.
• Conduct regular and milestone-based inspections as per FQAP.
• Review PQHCs, update observations in PROMIS, and support WTG commissioning readiness.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete and accurate inspection reports, test results, and quality documents.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly quality progress reports.
• Track NCRs and ensure timely closure.
• Review and comment on Work Completion Certificates (WCCs).
• Submit a minimum of five Unresolved Actions (UA) and Unresolved Complaints (UC) reports each month.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure timely closure of supervision team observations.
• Escalate CTQ deviations to Central Quality and issue STOP NOTES in case of major deviations.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide quality-related updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field (as applicable).
• Experience in QA/QC at construction or WTG projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and safety practices.
• WTG valid certification is a must have.
