Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new hires on the collections process and system tools.
Provide refresher training to existing employees based on performance and quality gaps.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and process documents.
Coach and guide trainees during nesting and provide regular feedback.
Monitor trainee performance and share progress reports with the training and operations teams.
Ensure training follows company policies and compliance guidelines.
Work closely with operations and quality teams to improve process and training effectiveness.
Keep training content updated based on process or policy changes.
Maintain training attendance, records, and evaluation reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.
13 years of BPO experience, preferably in collections..
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of collection process, negotiation skills, and compliance.
Ability to coach, motivate, and manage training batches.
Proficient in MS Office and training tools.
