Coordinate with clients to understand brand goals, target audience, and content requirements
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.)
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Generate leads through both organic content and paid campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams such as graphic designers and video editors to plan and deliver content as per client needs
Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
Monitor and report on performance metrics of campaigns and posts
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and DMs
Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Contribute creative ideas for content, stories, and brand engagement strategies
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
2+ years of experience in social media management
1+ year of experience in a marketing or digital agency
Proven experience in lead generation through social media
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience in running successful ad campaigns
Good understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple clients and industries simultaneously
