Job Description

Urgent Hiring - Power BI Analyst || BPO

Power BI Analyst

3+ Years of experience with Power BI development and reporting
Strong hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL queries and data modelling
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
Exposure to WFM concepts such as forecasting, scheduling, or capacity planning
Should have Experience working in a
BPO
or Call Centre environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Perform SQL-based data extraction and ensure seamless integration into Power BI
Utilize Python scripting for data cleaning, transformation, and automation
Monitor and report on Call Centre KPIs including Voice, Chat, Email & OB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
