IT Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead/L1/L2/L3

Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux
Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with servers, storage devices, and other hardware components. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve software, Operating Systems issues. Virtualization: knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies System Maintenance : Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.Perform routine system updates and patches to ensure security and stability.

Server Management : Manage and monitor servers to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues.Network Administration : Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Security Implementation : Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.Conduct regular security audits and apply necessary updates.

Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.Ensure data integrity and develop disaster recovery plans.User Support : Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.Collaborate with helpdesk and support teams to resolve user problems.Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and improvements.Collaboration : Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement and support IT solutions.Participate in project planning and execution.
