We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Videographer & Editor

who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos that resonate with our brand and

audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production
• Handle end-to-end video production: conceptualization, shooting, editing, and

final delivery.

• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear to ensure high-quality video

capture.

• Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.
• Video Editing
• Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos tailored for digital platforms

(YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, ads, etc.).

• Add graphics, animations, text overlays, background scores, and sound effects as

required.

• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, color grading, and overall visual style.
• Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to brainstorm ideas and

develop engaging video concepts.

• Stay updated with video trends, formats, and editing styles to produce fresh,

creative outputs.

• Post-Production Management
• Organize and archive all footage, ensuring easy access for future use.
• Deliver videos within timelines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After

Effects, DaVinci Resolve (any combination).

• Proficiency in camera operations and gear handling (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras,

stabilizers, gimbals, drones preferred).

• Knowledge of lighting techniques, audio recording, and video compression for

web/digital platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and a strong eye for detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in motion graphics & animation.
• Basic knowledge of photography and image editing (Photoshop/Lightroom).
• Understanding of real estate/ news / e-commerce / social media video content.
