Who We re Looking For: We are looking to hire experienced and driven Project Managers, Technical Leads, or Technical Managers with a strong foundation in Backend (Node.js / Java), Frontend (React.js / Next.js / JavaScript), or Native Mobile App Development (Android / iOS) . Candidates should have hands-on expertise in API integration, code structuring, performance optimization , and should be capable of leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and owning project delivery end to end. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage development teams for web or mobile app projects. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and deployment strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams product, design, QA, and DevOps. Ensure efficient and clean code practices with a focus on performance and scalability. Take ownership of backend/frontend/mobile modules and ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular code reviews, performance checks, and security validations. Manage API integrations and system-level debugging across platforms. Prepare technical documentation and support the team in resolving complex technical issues. Mentor junior developers and assist with their upskilling. Must-Have Skills: (Candidate should be proficient in ateast one of the following areas) Backend : Node.js, Express.js Java, Spring Boot API Integration (REST / GraphQL) Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis Frontend : React.js, Next.js JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design Frontend Performance Optimization Mobile App Development : Native Android (Java / Kotlin) Native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) Experience with Android Studio / Xcode Familiarity with mobile API integration and app store deployment Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 812 years of professional development experience in backend, frontend, or mobile app development. Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, project ownership, or technical management. Strong experience in code optimization, debugging, and API-based architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, etc. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. **Experience in startups or fast-paced agile teams
