Job summary

Roles and responsibilities

2) Performance monitoring and analysis:
Collaborate with application owners to understand critical business transactions and develop relevant dashboards, reports, and custom alerting profiles.Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations to the application development teams.Analyze performance trends, host and process health, and database health using Dynatrace data.Troubleshoot complex application performance issues by generating and analyzing thread dumps.

3) Team and project management:
Manage and mentor a team of Dynatrace administrators and engineers, guiding them in resolving complex technical issues.Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultation for new projects, functionality, and migration efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders.Proactively engage with other infrastructure teams (Windows, Linux, network) to ensure comprehensive monitoring.Ensure that project deliverables adhere to organizational processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

4) Automation and process improvement:
Drive automation initiatives using scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) to streamline Dynatrace management and integration tasks.Explore advanced Dynatrace features like Davis AI and Grail to improve service monitoring and anomaly detection.Document solutions, best practices, and issue resolutions for knowledge management and training purposes.

Skills and qualifications
Required:Bachelor's degree in BSC IT,MCA,BE, BTech or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years focused on Dynatrace implementation and administration.

Preferred:
Dynatrace Professional, Dynatrace Associate, or Dynatrace Services Delivery certifications.Experience with other monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics) for comparative analysis.
