We are seeking a Delivery Manager (Techno-Functional) who can bring together strong technical know-how, operational excellence, and delivery leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex projects and large teams while also contributing to solutioning, governance, and customer success.

Mode Of Work- Work From Office

• Project Delivery & Quality Management: Drive end-to-end delivery of projects and verticals by working closely with SMEs and internal teams to design solutions, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Governance & Reporting: Report directly to the company's Directors and provide regular updates within governance structures, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

• People, Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Manage stakeholders, customers, and vendors effectively, with proven ability in team management, employee management, and handling critical people decisions including hiring and exits when required. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills to build trust, collaboration, and alignment across all levels.
• Customer Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues, safeguarding delivery commitments, and strengthening client relationships.

Education

• BE/B Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA preferred.
