Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures.
  
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  
• Lead the integration of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure data quality and availability.
  
• Define and enforce data architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
  
• Provide technical leadership in selecting appropriate databases, data lakes, and cloud-based solutions.
  
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of data pipelines and storage solutions.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in

  data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)

  .
• Expertise in

  SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ETL/ELT tools and data integration frameworks

  .
• Proficiency in

  cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data warehousing, data lakes, and data lakehouse architectures

  .
• Knowledge of

  data governance, metadata management, and master data management (MDM)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with

  Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)

  .
• Familiarity with

  BI & visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

  .
• Exposure to

  AI/ML data pipelines

  .
• Knowledge of

  DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• Relevant certifications in

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  or

  data architecture

  preferred.
