Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data architecture and modeling.
  
• Develop and maintain data schemas, models, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
  
• Implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
  
• Design scalable data integration pipelines and quality frameworks across diverse data sources.
  
• Optimize performance and storage strategies for on-premises databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Teradata).
  
• Lead the design and evolution of Data Warehousing solutions.
  
• Design and deploy big data platforms using Hadoop and Spark.
  
• Integrate and manage cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in data architecture, governance, and technologies.
  

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data architecture and engineering.
  
• Strong experience with

  enterprise data modeling

  , schema design, and metadata management.
• Deep knowledge of

  data governance

  and

  data lineage

  best practices.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises databases such as

  PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Teradata

  .
• Expertise in

  Data Warehousing

  design and implementation.
• Proven experience with

  big data technologies

  including

  Hadoop

  and

  Apache Spark

  .
• Experience working with

  cloud data platforms

  (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
• Strong understanding of data integration frameworks, ETL/ELT tools, and data quality management.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
