About the Role

Were looking for a creative and data-driven Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing

team. In this role, you’ll own the execution of multi-channel campaigns that engage

prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions. From ABM to email, WhatsApp to

performance ads — you’ll be at the heart of our demand generation engine.

Professional Experience

• 2-5 years of experience on campaign management
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with

measurable results

• Experience with B2B marketing and account-based marketing strategies
• Demonstrated success in email marketing with strong deliverability and engagement

metrics

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Performance

Marketing, and ABM channels.

• Build segmented lists and personalized communication workflows within the CRM

to maximise engagement.

• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and

continuous performance analysis.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, offers and timing for

maximum impact.

• Manage CRM hygiene and campaign reporting, ensuring accurate tracking and data-

driven decision-making.

• Stay updated on the latest marketing tech tools and trends to enhance campaign

efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in:
• Email Marketing Platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, Mailchimp
• Performance Marketing like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• ABM Campaigns using tools like Demandbase, BambooBox or equivalent
• WhatsApp Marketing Platforms like Gupshup, CM.com etc.
• CRM Management
• Strong analytical skills with a test, learn, and optimise mindset.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns

simultaneously

• Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome campaign challenges and improve

performance

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting

campaign results

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
