Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identifying and pursuing new business leads:
This involves market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients and pass on mature leads to Sales
Coordinating to keep track of strategic initiatives as per strategy plan.
Regularly track the actions vs plans as decided under strategy , and troubleshooting, ideation, PDCA
New business areas and their development
identifying new business areas and driving the actions to develop potential business revenue streams. Facilitate CEO in his work towards Bus dev.
Collaborating with internal teams:
Working with marketing, sales, Logistics, R&D/product development to align business development goals and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Attending industry events and conferences:
Networking and generating leads through participation in industry events.
Maintaining and updating sales reports:
Tracking progress, analyzing performance, and providing regular reports to management. Facilitate Management by preparing PPTs and other such reports.
