About this Role

The individual will be a key contributor within the VOIS Security Organisation, responsible for driving and supporting the Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme across VOIS Centres. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Group frameworks and maintaining readiness for crisis situations. The role demands a proactive approach to planning, auditing, and communication, ensuring resilience across business operations.

What you will do

• Support the BCM programme and crisis management initiatives across VOIS Centres.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across VOIS and Group entities.
• Develop and maintain an annual activity calendar for enterprise-wide BCM.
• Ensure alignment of BCM activities with Group frameworks and collaborate with the Group BCM team.
• Maintain and update all components of the BCM programme including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, and Testing.
• Support internal and external audits, including annual certification processes.
• Publish reports aligned with Group KPIs and RCC requirements.
• Manage crisis communication and emergency notifications using the Employee Notification System.
• Lead and support business initiatives and projects related to BCM.
• Conduct and review business recovery exercises for operational and enabling functions.

What skills you need

• Proven experience in BCM and Crisis Management within large-scale organisations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across service lines, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Graduate with 46 years of experience in managing the full BCM cycle.
• Preferably certified in CBCI / MBCI.
• ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Implementer certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence internal leadership and external clients.
• Willingness to support on-call requirements due to the nature of the role.
