Urgent Hiring for Admission Manager - Chhatarpur

Edify School, Chhatarpur is seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Manager to lead and manage the student admission process while ensuring excellent parent engagement and enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end admission process from enquiry to final enrollment
• Counsel parents and students on curriculum, fee structure, and school offerings
• Manage walk-in enquiries, calls, and follow-ups effectively
• Achieve admission targets and maintain conversion ratios
• Plan and execute admission drives, school visits, and outreach activities
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate admission data, reports, and MIS

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduation
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience (School admissions preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counseling, negotiation, and convincing abilities
• Good planning and follow-up skills
• Mandatory Requirement:
• Own 2-wheeler (Bike mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
