Job Summary:

Evaluation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed technical inspection of cars, including engine, transmission, suspension, electricals, and body.
Perform test drives to assess the performance, noise levels, braking, and drive quality.
Identify accidental damage, major repairs, and replacements.
Capture accurate vehicle details and inspection findings in the Cars24 system.
Maintain high-quality standards in all evaluation processes.
Coordinate with the operations, retail, and technical teams.
Interact with customers to explain inspection reports when needed.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical.
Good understanding of four-wheeler systems and components.
Ability to identify technical issues and assess vehicle condition.
Must be able to drive manual and automatic cars.
Good communication & observation skills.
Basic knowledge of used car market (preferred).
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
2 and 4 wheeler driving license should be mandatory
