• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and
Excel to track KPIs across business functions.
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support business
decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL
and Python.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting
systems.
• Work closely with teams such as Risk, Sales, Operations, and
Finance to understand analytical needs and deliver tailored
insights.
• Translate business problems into analytical models and
visualizations.
• Track and analyze portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and
collection efficiency.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning exercises
with data-backed insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and
improve data workflows.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in BI and
analytics.
