*Acquire new clients through leads, referrals, family / group accounts, etc.
*Grow the banks liability base (e.g., CASA, fixed deposits) by deepening relationships with existing premium customers.
*Crosssell bank and thirdparty products including investment, insurance, credit cards, loans, wealth & asset management etc.
*Regularly service the mapped client base: handle enquiries, conduct regular reviews, address client needs, maintain relationships.
*Meet sales / liability / revenue targets for assigned portfolio.
*Participate in bank / branch campaigns for product launches, liability growth, etc.
Ensure compliance with bank’s policies, KYC/AML regulations, regulatory norms.
