Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end to end Compliances under Direct Tax i.e., TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, Income tax return, Transfer Pricing compliances, calculation of Tax Provision & Deferred Tax etc.
Closely work with Tax consultants on closure of Assessment under Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing Assessment and assist in strategies the past/upcoming tax litigation to mitigate tax risk
Research and interpret tax laws & regulation to provide guidance to the business teams on various routine transactions from tax perspective
Lead process improvement initiatives to address risk, change in law and efficiencies through automation, optimization of technology or otherwise
Co-ordinate with internal & external auditors i.e Statutory auditors, tax Auditors and internal auditors for all Tax related Schedules
