Urban Planner

Role Description

• Design and oversee architectural and urban planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and origin requirements.
• Develop creative and sustainable solutions for urban development and architectural design challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive urban planning.

Qualifications

• Architecture Planning and Architecture Design skills
• Experience in Projects Design
• Ability to create Planting Plans
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Architecture design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design and urban planning.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Business acumen with experience in market analysis and strategy development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
