Benchmark Engineers & Planners is a multidisciplinary consultancy working on Development Plans, Town Planning Schemes, ELU studies, and statutory urban projects across Gujarat. We are looking for an Urban Planner to support DP and TPS preparation, GIS-based analysis, zoning and ELU mapping, field studies, and statutory documentation. The role involves coordination with survey and GIS teams, application of planning regulations such as the GTPUD Act and GDCR, and participation in site visits and stakeholder interactions. Candidates with a degree in Urban/Town Planning, working knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD, and an interest in government and statutory planning projects are encouraged to apply.
