Location: Onsite – Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on skills & interview performance)
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Upwork Business Analyst – Pre-Sales to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Upwork platform, identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. You will play a vital role in pre-sales activities, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the business development team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company profile on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Proactively search, bid, and apply for relevant projects.
• Identify and qualify leads that match the company’s services and offerings.
• Conduct client communication, requirement gathering, and pre-sales discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate with clients to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Upwork platform handling.
• Lead generation and proposal writing expertise.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
• Good command of English (written & verbal).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
