Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a talented and experienced Upwork Bidder with a strong background in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling client communications, writing professional proposals, and closing deals with international clients — especially in English-speaking markets (USA, UK, Australia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Write customized, high-quality proposals for digital marketing projects on Upwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and offer the best solutions.
• Generate and manage leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure project success.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and closed deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in the Digital Marketing field.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Proven track record of winning projects in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SMM.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,420.73 - ₹49,580.53 per month
