Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Rajarhat. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, creating compelling project proposals, and maintaining client relationships. The daily tasks include conducting market research to find potential opportunities, understanding client requirements, preparing persuasive bid documents, managing project communications, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bidding on Upwork, Freelance platforms, and Project Management
• Strong Research, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
• Understanding of IT and Software development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
