UPVC Window sales person

As a Sales & Target Achievement professional, your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base effectively. Your role will involve Lead Generation & Prospecting by generating leads through contacting architects, builders, contractors, and other potential clients. Identifying new business opportunities will be crucial for the growth and success of the business. Customer Relationship Management is a key aspect of this role. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client queries and complaints promptly will be essential for customer satisfaction. In addition, you will provide Technical Support to customers by explaining product features and benefits. Handling the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to order finalization, and preparing and presenting proposals and quotes will be part of your responsibilities.
