UPSC CSE Hindi Faculty – Lead Teacher (Chandigarh)

Location: Chandigarh, India

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

At Naman Sharma IAS Academy, we are looking for a highly passionate and experienced UPSC/IAS Hindi Faculty to lead and manage our full-time Hindi Medium UPSC Batch (1-Year Program). This is a leadership teaching role designed for someone who can guide aspirants throughout their Prelims + Mains journey.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum, structure the course, and plan the overall program content for the Hindi batch.
• Conduct engaging offline & online lectures covering all GS subjects, including test discussions and current affairs updates.
• Develop high-quality notes, study material, and practice tests (both print & digital formats).
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure concept clarity for all students.
• Mentor aspirants personally with strategies, tips, and techniques to crack UPSC.
• Actively participate in academic planning and collaborate with the core faculty team.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience in UPSC preparation (Hindi medium preferred).
• Must have appeared for UPSC Mains (cleared Mains or appeared for Interview preferred).
• Strong command over General Studies subjects and ability to teach in Hindi
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Job Type

• Full-Time / Regular / Permanent (Contract option available)
• On-site at Chandigarh
