Location: Chandigarh, India

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

At Naman Sharma IAS Academy, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HPAS GS Faculty to guide aspirants preparing for the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) Examination. This role is ideal for an academic leader who is passionate about mentoring students in Himachal GK & Current Affairs along with General Studies.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Himachal Pradesh General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
• Design curriculum, course structures, and program content specifically for HPAS.
• Conduct offline & online lectures, test discussions, and current affairs sessions tailored to HPAS requirements.
• Prepare and update notes, study material, and practice tests (both print & digital).
• Host doubt-clearing sessions to ensure concept mastery.
• Provide personal mentorship to students with exam strategies, answer writing techniques, and preparation tips.

Qualifications

• In-depth expertise in Himachal Pradesh GK & Current Affairs.
• Must have appeared in HPAS Mains (clearing Mains or Interview stage preferred).
• Strong teaching skills with ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Medium of instruction: English or Bilingual (English/Hindi).

Job Type

• Full-Time / Regular / Permanent (Contract option available)
• On-site at Chandigarh (with hybrid flexibility for online teaching)
