UPI Credit Partnerships Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Build, scale, and manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions - Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and partnership terms to create mutual value - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure fast-moving partnerships - Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks, from product heads to CXOs - Drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, growth targets, and transaction volumes - Stay informed about RBI, NPCI, and digital credit developments to stay ahead of the curve - Own documentation, reporting, and communication with partners - Anticipate issues, solve problems quickly, and maintain high momentum Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in bank partnerships, business alliances, or fintech partnerships - Proven experience in closing and scaling partnerships with Large Banks & NBFCs - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Startup mindset with a bias for action, focusing on delivery without unnecessary drama,
