Role Overview: As a member of the team at UBS, you will be responsible for managing exceptions in a professional manner, liaising with various stakeholders, supporting business partners, and engaging in adhoc projects. Your role will also involve documenting exceptions for audit checks and future reference. Key Responsibilities: - Manage exceptions by following up with relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful completion and closure - Liaise with business partners such as Front Office, other Operations teams, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk, Controls, and Project teams - Engage in adhoc projects including systems change, process improvement, cross-border initiatives, regulatory changes, and FSO staff engagement activities Qualifications Required: - Relevant work experience supporting Wealth Management client advisors and their clients - Knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore financial and regulatory landscapes - Client-focused mindset, motivated to work with stakeholders to define practical solutions meeting internal policies and regulatory requirements - Strong risk and control mindset with a structured approach to data analysis and problem solving About UBS: UBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions.
