Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development using Unreal Engine and will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of game projects using Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to create engaging gameplay experiences.
Oversee the technical aspects of game development, ensuring high-quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers in Unreal Engine best practices and workflows.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Optimize game performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unreal Engine.
Strong understanding of C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine.
Exp in 3D game development, application development, or visualization using Unreal.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++ and Blueprints.
Develop and implement complex gameplay systems and real-time applications using Unreal Engine.
Experience with multiplayer game architecture and network programming.
Knowledge of physics and rendering in Unreal Engine.
Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Perforce.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
