Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C++ and Blueprints, with over 6 years of experience in game development, Application development using Unreal Engine/Unity Engine. He will be responsible for implementing complex gameplay systems, architectural visualization, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Requirements:

• Develop and implement complex gameplay systems using Unreal Engine.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++ and Blueprints.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and performance.
• Understand code and Blueprints written by other developers, integrate new features for further deliveries.
• Optimize game performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Engine Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints within Unreal Engine.
• Over 6 years of experience in 3D game, application or visualization development using Unreal/Unity.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engines core systems and architecture.
• Experience with performance analysis and code optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Secondary Skills:

• Unity 3D.
• C# programming.

Must Have:

• C++ and Blueprint using Unreal Engine.

Nice to Have:

• Pixel Streaming experience.
• Experience with multiplayer and networked gameplay systems.
• Technical art skills with materials and shaders.
• Test driven development (TDD) Experience.
• CI/CD experience.
• Experience with other game engines or technologies (e.g., Unity)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
