Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a University Representative. The University Representative will act as the primary point of contact between ApplyBoard and its partnering institutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong institutional relationships, communicating updates about programs and services, organizing events, and providing guidance to prospective partners and students. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities and supporting the success of ApplyBoard’s mission to make education accessible.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in communication, customer service, and relationship management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in presenting data and insights effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of the education industry and experience working with universities or academic institutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating effectively with international teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Education, Business Administration, or Communication
